Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7 to 12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods such as the holiday season, or because of carrier or customs delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Orders with several items

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate parcels. You'll receive tracking for each one.

Holiday orders

If you need your order by a specific date, such as a holiday or birthday, we recommend ordering early. Carriers are busier during peak seasons and delays are more likely.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us through our Contact page and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
